Terms and Conditions

· Payment is due upon receipt of invoice to secure your installation date.

· Please make sure to water your grass in the area of your Yard Talk setup for at least 1-2 days prior to your install. If the grass has not been watered and the ground is too hard to stake, we will not install the sign and you will receive a 

· We will install rain or shine. We will not be able to install if there is lightning or hazardous weather, including high wind speeds. A credit for a future greeting will be issued.

· Please do not sit or place any weight on the signs as they will not safely support a person (big or small).

· Please do not attach balloons, use any bubble machines, smoke machines, or chalk bombs around the signs. Replacement costs for any damaged or missing signs will be automatically billed to you at $20 per sign & $50 per large flash sign.

· Please do not mow, weed-eat, or water when the signs are displayed.

· Placement of letters and flair is at the discretion of Yard Talk staff. Once placed, repositioning or removal of letters is prohibited.

· Yard Talk. LLC reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Refund Policy

In the event you need to cancel we will give you 100% credit to be put towards a future date with 48hrs advance notice. Anything less than 48hrs notice of cancellation will result in a 50% credit. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address, the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display, being denied access to a gated community, if any animals prevent the display from being set up, or any other circumstances out of our control that prevent setup
 

Photo Release
By booking your sign & paying your invoice with Yard Talk, LLC, you are authorizing us to use photos of your setup in publications, including electronic publications, audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, social media, or advertising unless photo consent is specifically withdrawn in a written & hand-signed statement. You release Yard talk, LLC, their respective employees, officers, & agents from any & all liability which may arise from the use of such news media stories, promotional materials, written articles, videos, or photographs of your setup.
 

Agreement
By booking your sign & paying your invoice with Yard talk, LLC, you agree to all policies stated above.
